What your subscription includes

Your subscription includes the DSW Core WordPress plugin, its matching website theme, access to customer-area downloads and support for using DSW. The matching website design is included in the subscription: installing or activating it separately is not an additional purchase.

We develop DSW and provide released updates, including compatibility improvements as WordPress and PHP develop. Compatibility is subject to the requirements stated for each release; we do not promise compatibility with every hosting environment, third-party plugin or future software version.

You need your own domain name, WordPress hosting and any business email service. These are not included.

Website coverage and software licence

One subscription covers downloads and support for one live driving-school website, together with a separate staging or test copy of that same website. Moving that website to a different host or domain does not, by itself, require a second subscription. A separate live website needs its own subscription for subscription benefits.

DSW Core and the DSW theme are supplied under GPL-2.0-or-later. Website coverage describes the scope of the paid subscription, not a restriction on rights granted by the software licence. It is not an installation lock. Any separately licensed third-party materials remain subject to their own terms.

Prices and renewal

Choose £10 monthly, £27 quarterly or £100 annually. Quarterly payment is equivalent to £9 per month, paid as £27 every three months. Annual payment is equivalent to approximately £8.33 per month, paid as £100 each year, saving £20 compared with twelve £10 monthly payments.

DSW is not currently VAT registered and does not add VAT to these prices. Your selected billing period and amount are shown before checkout and in your customer account.

The subscription renews for the selected billing period unless cancelled. Any proposed change to your renewal price will be communicated before it takes effect, giving you an opportunity to cancel before the affected renewal.

First-purchase money-back guarantee

If DSW is not right for you, contact us within 14 calendar days of your first subscription payment to request a full refund of that first payment. This applies to the initial monthly, quarterly or annual purchase, including where you have downloaded or installed DSW. It does not restart with each renewal.

We will confirm the refund and cancellation of future subscription renewals. Refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method. This voluntary guarantee does not replace or reduce any statutory rights.

Cancellation and later refunds

You can request cancellation through your customer account or by contacting us. Please do so before the next renewal is due. We will confirm the effective cancellation date and any action needed concerning a recurring payment authorisation.

Subscription benefits continue to the end of the paid billing period unless a refund ends that period. Later change-of-mind cancellations do not ordinarily qualify for a refund of renewal payments or a proportional refund for unused time. This does not affect any refund or other remedy required by law.

Cancellation ends entitlement to paid customer-area downloads and subscription support after the paid period. It does not revoke the software’s GPL rights. Availability of updates through the public DSW update service is separate from customer-account entitlement; these terms do not claim that the installed plugin blocks public updates after cancellation.

Support and your responsibilities

Use our Help & Getting Started guides and Contact page for help with DSW.

Standard support covers DSW installation and use on a supported WordPress setup. It does not include hosting administration, domain or email configuration, bespoke design work, third-party software troubleshooting or migration work unless separately agreed. No guaranteed response time is offered.

You are responsible for your website’s content, image permissions, business information, privacy arrangements and backups. Before installing DSW on an existing live website, follow our existing-website guide. Automatic migration of all existing content or third-party layouts is not promised.

If you encounter a fault, please contact us so we can investigate and explain the available remedy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
